Chef Elliott, as seen on TV, has the pleasure of being owner of Chef Elliott’s Enterprise, Inc. and a high-end Atlanta based catering company; Farmer’s Gourmet Catering. Which was chosen via Business Connect to be an official caterer for Super Bowl LIII; a long-term Atlanta pop up restaurant owner, Chef Elliott’s; and an Ambassador for his charitable partner, Feeding America’s Hungry Children. In the midst of his rising fame, he continues to provide culinary consultancy for various brands and restaurants, nationwide. He also offers personal chef placement, catering and craft services for movie and television productions and is privileged to call himself personal chef to his celebrity friends and professional athletes.
Chef Elliott is a published author of cook books, Entertaining Solutions and Soulstice Recipes, his online radio show, Chef Elliott’s Entertaining Solutions and as a Food Network contestant on Cutthroat Kitchen for two seasons. Local culinary television show In the Kitchen with Chef Elliott and was a contestant on The Taste. He is a product developer of a low sodium all-purpose seasoning blend called Chef Elliott’s Soul Shaking Seasoning. Reflecting on his accomplishments, he considers himself blessed with his appearances and participation in Epcot International Wine & Food Festival, the Country Living Fair, Taste of the Runway NYC, Atlantic City’s Wine and Food Festival, SOBEWFF and others. Guest appearances on HLN and CNN as a guest celebrity culinary judge. He made history when filming a cooking segment about “Peppers” with the USA Under Secretary, Dr. Chavonda Jacobs-Young and USDA. Several guest appearances on 85 South television network, Atlanta News First (ANF) and provides catering and craft services on multiple movie sets filmed across the USA. Currently is filming on “The Urban Chefs of Atlanta” with HEARTLAND Media Films.
Chef Elliott has the pleasure of being an Ambassador for a luxury spirit brand, Martell Cognac Brand and Boisset Wines.
Though Chef Elliott tours and travels all around the world, he never ceases to engage in opportunities to help others. He is also a retired registered nurse, practicing ordained minister and possesses his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
